Teacher opening
This lesson previews the Body Forge as a classroom build. In Pass 1 it is a guided placeholder; later it opens a simplified Body Forge with real logic underneath.
Every Meta-Pet has a body made of parts. Today you are the builders. We will choose parts and see how they fit together to make a whole creature.
Five guided steps
1. Introduce building a body
- Teacher says / does
- Explain that bodies are made of parts with jobs.

- Listen and think of a part a pet might need.

2. Look at the available parts
- Teacher says / does
- Show the placeholder set of body parts.
- Student task
- Look at the parts and pick a favourite.

- Students know what parts are available.
3. Build the body
- Teacher says / does
- Invite students to assemble a body from parts.
- Student task
- Choose parts to make a Meta-Pet body.
- Expected outcome
- A placeholder body has been assembled.
4. Discuss the designs
- Teacher says / does
- Ask students to justify one design choice.
- Student task
- Explain why you chose one of your parts.
- Expected outcome
- Students can justify a design choice.
5. Save and finish
- Teacher says / does
- Summarise how parts form a whole body.
- Student task
- Remember the body you designed.

- The lesson is completed and recorded.
